1. About the service
NEXIVRA is a pre-launch platform: a freight marketplace for international transport, plus a shared workspace for the shipment itself. This site presents the platform and lets you request early access to the pilot.
No transport contract is concluded and no service is booked through this site. NEXIVRA is not a carrier, a freight forwarder or a customs broker, and does not handle payments between companies.

2. Accounts and company verification
No accounts are created on this site. An early-access request is a request, not a guarantee of access: we decide together whether and when your company joins the pilot.
In the platform, companies are verified by IDNO or by the equivalent identifier of their country of registration. Only send us details of a company you are authorised to represent.
3. Acceptable use
When using this site, please:
- enter accurate and complete details in the form;
- do not submit unlawful, offensive or promotional content;
- do not scrape the site, overload it, or work around the bot checks;
- do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to our systems.
We may restrict access where these rules are not respected.
4. Documents and data you provide
No transport documents are uploaded through this site. The only information you send us is what you type into the early-access form.
Your company's data stays yours. You send it so that we can contact you about the pilot, and we use it only for that purpose, in line with the Privacy Policy.
The text, images, logo and design elements of this site belong to NEXIVRA and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is, in a pre-launch phase. Information about features, stages and pricing describes our intention at the time of publication and may change.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example as the platform moves towards launch. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown above.
If you keep using the site after a new version is published, that means you accept it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by the competent courts of [TODO: the town of the registered office, e.g. Chișinău], Republic of Moldova.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
