Can I create a shipment without the marketplace?

Yes. Create the shipment and invite the partners you already work with.

Do my partners need an account?

Companies working directly on the shipment create an account. The customs broker, bank or insurer can get access through a link only, without an account.

Who can see my documents?

Only the parties to the shipment. Your internal folder is visible to your team only, and each member sees what the administrator allows.

How are companies verified?

Every company on the platform is verified by its IDNO, the Moldovan state registration number.

How much does it cost?

The marketplace stays free. Paid tools come later, and you add them only if they're useful to you.

Which transport modes do you cover?

Road, for now. Sea comes next, with full containers (FCL) and groupage (LCL).
