Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · draft

Draft text, pending legal review. The company details (name, IDNO, address) are marked [TODO] until the entity is registered. This page is kept out of search engines until the final text is approved.

1. Data controller

This site is operated by [TODO: registered company name], [TODO: IDNO], with its registered office at [TODO: registered address], Republic of Moldova ("NEXIVRA", "we").

NEXIVRA is the controller of the personal data collected through this site within the meaning of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. For visitors from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies in addition.

Data protection contact: [TODO: name and role]. You can write to us at any time at [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need in order to answer early-access requests:

  • Form data: company name, your name, email address, company role and, if you fill them in, phone number and message.
  • Proof of consent: the consent text you ticked, its version, and the moment it was given.
  • Minimal technical data needed for security and to stop automated submissions: IP address, country, browser type, page language and the time of submission.
  • Aggregated traffic statistics that do not identify you (see "Traffic statistics").

We do not collect special categories of data, and this site never asks you for information about cargo, contracts or transport documents.

3. Why we use it

We use the data strictly to:

  • contact you about the NEXIVRA pilot and how your company could use it;
  • protect the site from automated submissions and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile verification and rate limiting);
  • understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We send no newsletters, use the data for no advertising, and sell it to no one.

4. Legal basis

We process the data on two grounds:

  • Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form — art. 5(1)(a) of Law No. 133/2011 and art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and protected against abuse — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Google Analytics statistics rely solely on the consent given in the banner on this site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep the form data for [TODO: confirm the period; proposed: 24 months] after our last communication with you, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.

We keep the proof of consent for as long as we keep the form data, so that we can demonstrate the processing was lawful.

Technical logs held by our infrastructure providers are kept briefly, per their own policies. Google Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.

6. Who we share it with

We do not publish or sell the data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site, acting as processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, Turnstile bot verification, and cookieless traffic statistics.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — email delivery of the requests sent through the form.
  • [TODO: the provider of the mailbox that receives the requests, e.g. Cloudflare Email Routing plus the final mailbox provider].
  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, only if you accepted statistics.

Some of these providers process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards required by law, usually the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right:

  • to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy;
  • to have inaccurate data corrected;
  • to have your data erased;
  • to ask us to restrict the processing, or to object to it;
  • to receive your data in a structured format so you can move it elsewhere;
  • to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]; we reply within the period set by law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or, if you are in the European Union, to the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Traffic statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not track visitors across sites and does not identify them. That is why it runs without your consent.

We also use Google Analytics 4, but only if you accept statistics in the banner shown on your first visit. Until then Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are written; this is controlled through Google Consent Mode v2.

You can change your choice at any time from the consent banner, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
